Delete your Peptidly account
This page explains how to delete your account in Peptidly: Peptide Tracker, the Android app from Peptidly, together with the data linked to it.
IN THE APP
1. Open Peptidly and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Data → Delete account.
3. Confirm.
WITHOUT THE APP
Email hello@peptidly.co.uk from the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account.
WHAT IS DELETED
When you delete your account in the app, you have 30 days to change your mind: signing in again, or opening the app on a phone that is still signed in, cancels the deletion. After the 30 days, your account and the data linked to it are permanently deleted, normally within a day. This includes your cycles, compounds, doses, vials and stock, journal, body metrics, injection sites, settings, usage events, device records and entitlement records.
WHAT IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG
- Feedback you sent through the app is kept, no longer linked to your account. Tell us before the 30 days are up if you want it deleted too.
- If you unsubscribed from our emails, a one-way code made from your email address stays on our do-not-email list.
- Account activity logs (sign-ins, password resets and similar) are deleted automatically after about 90 days.
- Monitoring records that hold only the first eight characters of an account ID are kept for about 90 days.
- Error reports already sent to Sentry are kept until Sentry's retention period ends.
- Our hosting and email providers keep request logs and delivery records for a limited period they set.
- Emails you exchanged with us, and our notes about them, stay until we delete them; ask us and we will.
- If you were signed in on another phone, the data on that phone may stay there until someone signs in on it again.
- Backups taken before the deletion may persist for up to 30 additional days.
- We may keep purchase records, such as an order ID and purchase date, for as long as accounting or tax law requires. Google holds its own transaction records.
