WHAT PEPTIDLY IS
Peptidly is a personal record-keeping tool for tracking peptide cycles. Peptidly is software, NOT a healthcare provider, pharmacy, prescriber, distributor, or substance source. Peptidly does not offer medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
By using Peptidly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use Peptidly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us at norbertcsibitech@gmail.com.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
- Use Peptidly for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms
- Share your account credentials with anyone else
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
- Interfere with the operation of the app or the Supabase backend
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Your use of Peptidly is also governed by our separate Health Disclaimer, which you should read carefully. By using Peptidly you acknowledge and accept the Health Disclaimer in full.
NO MEDICAL ADVICE
Peptidly does NOT provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, diagnoses, or prescriptions. The supply forecast, reminders, vial tracking, and any other features are record-keeping aids only. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical guidance.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol or treatment.
NO LIABILITY FOR SUBSTANCES
Peptidly does NOT source, sell, recommend, vouch for, or guarantee the safety, legality, purity, efficacy, or quality of any peptide, compound, vendor, or protocol. The substances you choose to track or use are entirely your responsibility.
Peptidly has no relationship with any peptide manufacturer, distributor, or vendor. The list of compounds shown in the app is for tracking convenience only and does not constitute an endorsement.
YOUR DATA
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time via Settings.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Peptidly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your needs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptidly shall NOT be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Any harm, injury, illness, or death resulting from peptide use
- Loss of data or interruption of service
- Lost profits or lost business opportunities
Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
